that you can call 24-hours a day, 7 days a week to get information about Alzheimer's disease. Through the National office, they
have the ability to serve individuals in 140 different languages by accessing translation services.

The Parkinson Association of the Rockies has been serving the Rocky Mountain community for over 25 years. PAR is
considered a valuable resource for those with the disease and to those who care for them. PAR provides
a myriad of direct care services including 30 support groups, in-home case assessment and exercise instruction,
